How would you say that you bring energy to work on each given day? What motivates you to perform at your peak each day?

"For me, becoming an engineer was all about being creative and finding solutions to make life better for people around the world. From my days early in my career of manufacturing aluminum canning products to recently constructing plastic medical devices, I am always motivated by the products I help produce and the differences they make in people's lives. Because of this internal motivation, I am inspired to be my best each and every day on the job."

"If you haven't been able to tell so far from me, I am a very energetic person. For me to be refreshed, renewed, and energetic when I report to work, I have to take care of myself outside of work and I do this by eating healthy, exercising regularly, and taking my personal time to be with my family and friends. Coupling these healthy living activities with the proper amount of sleep each night helps me be ready and eager to take on the challenges that I face each day on the job."
