"I am so glad you pointed out your need for diversity at Smith & Nephew. I grew up in a small town that wasn't very diverse, so I specifically chose a college in a more diverse location so I could have exposure to other cultures. In this environment, I trained as a Microbiologist with people from all over the world. When working on group projects, the perspectives of others were often differing and this generated a lot of great conversation and learning new and effective ways to do things. Because I really appreciated this eye-opening experience, I really believe I would thrive in a diverse environment like Smith & Nephew."
