"I have not worked with any clients or colleagues outside of the US. If I were assigned this type of account or project, I would first research the country and learn more about the cultural norms, especially relating to business. I would observe meetings with colleagues and better understand how conversations and meetings flow and learn as much as I could before jumping in. I'm not afraid to ask questions, so if I didn't understand something along the way or needed advice, I would speak to a colleague or my manager for support so that I could better serve the client or project."

"I have experience working with coworkers and clients in EMEA. I know the inner workings of effectively communicating with different cultures and being cognizant of the time difference when sending communication. If there is a language barrier, I make sure to speak slowly and clearly and I can pull in a business partner if we need assistance bridging the gap. I always enjoy learning new things and working with various clients in EMEA has really expanded my knowledge base!"
