They'll want to hear an example of when you have put your skills into action in a comparable role. Use the STAR method to help you answer successfully. This means you will want to provide a situation, your task in that situation, the action you took, and the results provided by your course of action.

In the NBCUniversal Page Program, you'll be in a face-paced, highly demanding role where you will encounter the demands of many high-profile big personalities. This will require your constant flexibility and an ability to prioritize many tasks at once. Additionally, Pages can expect to be assigned 3-4 rotational assignments throughout their 12-15 months in the program. How well you adapt to these changes is the core of this question.

"My attitude. It's the only thing in my life I have any control over. Life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. So I accept those changes and move forward, doing my best at being resourceful in how I adapt to change, while keeping the bounce in my step."

I already know in life there are always going to be constant changes that I can't control. I've had my fair share from my mom moving our family from New York to Maryland or going through three different coaching changes as a college student-athlete. I just accepted those changes and moved forward, doing my best and giving my all to still be resourceful in how I adapt to change. While keeping my enthusiastic spirit and a bounce in my step because I’m always going to continue being a high-energy person and productive.

Jaymie's Feedback
This is a great attitude to have. The interviewer wants to hear that you can be agile and adapt to change readily, and your response reassures them of just that. Good job!

I would say I can ebb and flow pretty well. I like to see change as an opportunity to learn. Being able to give in and thrive in situations I did not create really pushes me and in the end, I feel that I have become a better version of myself.
Marcie's Feedback
Good! The interviewer will be happy to hear that you are so adaptable. Consider using the STAR method (situation, task, action, result) and include an example of a time when you successfully managed an unexpected change to make your response even more impactful. Nice job!
