From your resume, the interviewers know about your hard skills, but soft skills are more difficult to evaluate. Knowledge and experience are important, but the interviewer is responsible for screening desirable personality traits. They need to ensure you'll perform well under stress and get along with your fellow employees.

"Groups of people may be similar, but everybody is inherently different. No two people have the same experience or background to shape their view of the world. So, I approach everyone I meet with an open mind and zero expectations. I treat others as I would like to be treated, but that's different from expecting everyone else to think like me. I always give everyone the benefit of the doubt. Everybody I've ever worked with had a unique personality, and I've had nothing but positive experiences."

'Here You Can...' is the repeated tagline used for this position. Everyone they hire for the Page Program fits this mold. Consider who they're appealing to and who they expect you to get along with: Here you can be your authentic self. Here you can authentically be you. Here you can be part of something. Here you can make an impact. Here you can be a game-changer. Here you can develop and grow. Here you can have support. Here you can build the future.

When I'm working in group settings I already know that everybody is inherently different. There may be a time when I come across people who are similar, but I know that no two people have the same experience or background to shape their view of the world. So, I approach everyone I meet with an open mind and zero expectations. I treat others as I would like to be treated. I don't expect everyone I come across to think like me. Actually, I don't expect anyone to think like me at all. So I always give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I’m open-minded about hearing and learning different perspectives that are not in line with mine. Everybody I've ever worked with has had a unique personality, and I've had nothing but positive experiences with them.

Jaymie's Feedback
It sounds like you're very easygoing and get along well with others. You have many strategies to co-exist with others in the workplace, and your response should reassure the interviewer that you do not easily find conflict with others who are different than you.
