It really depends on the matter of the moment. There should be a balance because flexibility is a crucial aspect of the success of my projects. Prioritizing based on demand is more important than a preference to organize according to quality vs. quantity. Sometimes some things just have to give. For me, it's finding that balance and consistently getting it right as much as I can.

Jaymie's Feedback
The key here is to speak about balance, just as you've done! There is no one-size-fits-all approach, and your response shows that you can evaluate a project and determine which is most important.

I believe that both have equal importance, and the priority shifts depending on the situation. Flexibility is crucial to success; however, it shouldn't come at the expense of quality. Having a balance between the two rather than prioritizing one or the other produces better work.
Marcie's Feedback
Makes sense! To further strengthen your answer, is there an example you can include of a time when you had to handle/organize multiple projects at once? Talk about how you navigated this successfully and balanced quality vs quantity. You might also mention urgency and importance too as other factors to consider when prioritizing projects. Good job!
