"I take my own personal and professional development very seriously. It's important to me to avoid stagnation in my career. Most recently, I've opted to participate in a 50-hour blockchain course and am about halfway through it. So far, it's been incredibly useful and has given me a wealth of resources. Throughout my career I've challenged myself to learn, whether that be through professional financial qualifications, seeking out mentors, or working with start-ups. Recently I completed a Master's in Digital Innovation focusing on cryptocurrency which really improved my knowledge. I'm also inquisitive, I wanted to learn about Ethereum so I created my own token.
