"To me, providing top-notch customer service here at CONMED will always start with a positive and friendly attitude in all of my interactions with customers. Understanding that most of my interactions will be over the phone or by email, I feel confident in my ability to express these emotions at all times. From there, excellent service will come in my ability to deliver on my word and accomplish things in a timely manner. As I refer leads to the field sales team, I won't hesitate to follow up to ensure that potential leads are communicated with."
