"My company over-promised and underdelivered on the growth opportunities within the company when they hired me. They hired a slew of individuals at the same time when they formed our division. But eventually, everyone on the team realized the company had no intention of expanding our department, and a major restructure in underway where they might merge our department into another division. According to this other department, this was the plan all along. So the direction for growth within is not conducive to my career goals, and I don't think I'd enjoy the work as described. So I am now looking for a position more in line with my skills and goals and in a working environment I'd thrive in and enjoy."
