Apple frequently refers to the culture of their teams as a family. So, naturally, they'll want to recruit those who embrace their culture and assimilate into it. One way to gauge whether you'll compliment their teams is by learning how you reflect upon your prior teams. This question evaluates how you reflect upon your previous employer - amicably or acrimoniously. Your answer may also inform them of what your loyalty is worth. So before your interview, compose a list of everything you genuinely loved about your previous employment experience. Those aspects of your previous employment that advance your career should be at the top of your list. Demonstrate gratitude; they got you this far on your professional journey.

The assessment vendor will evaluate your nonverbal cues and break them down into data points. They will pass along those data points with your recording video. Some nonverbal cues you should be aware of are your posture, such as slouching, folding your arms, and protecting your neck. Others are your professional appearance, how tidy you or your surroundings are, your head and hand movements, and your facial expressions and eye movements. Some verbal cues are when you place stress or emphasis on certain words, stutters, or take long pauses, among others.
