Why is it important to install software updates?

This question tests how qualified you are for this position. To consider hiring you, the interviewers need to evaluate how informed you are, how technically proficient you are, and how effectively you'd represent their brand. Communicate your answer as if you were an apple genius at the genius bar, educating a customer on the value of updating their devices to the latest iOS as soon as it is available. Be knowledgeable and confident in your delivery. Convey the information as if it was second nature, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
