15. Where do you see yourself in five years?
How to Answer
With this question, the interviewer is assessing your desire to stay and grow within the business. Show you are interested in staying with the company long-term, should you be given the opportunity. If you have strong tenure in your previous work history, you can also draw on that. Further, talk about how you envision your career growth and what steps you might take to pursue this growth.

Answer Example
"In five years, I see myself with your company in an upper management role within sales, business development, or something similar. I am very interested in the business's national and global footprint. I have been with my current company for six years, and within those years, I have been promoted twice. I'm ready for bigger things, and I'm definitely in it for the long haul."
