A reporter works with producers, photographers, editors, engineers, and more every day at work. The candidate should discuss with the hiring manager their previous experience working with a large team on a daily basis, and how they will be a functioning part of the daily work flow at the office. The candidate may respond by giving examples of how they have worked with others in the past and how they plan to work well with a team in the future.
