Change in the workplace is common--especially in the marketing field. The interviewer wants to gain insight about how you handle changes to produce release dates, your workload, company policies, and even major shifts in marketing strategy. They hope to hear that you manage change with a positive, learning-based mindset, not that you view change as an inconvenience or something to be avoided.

"Change can definitely be challenging, especially when it involves a product release date. That being said, I try to embrace change because it gives me a chance to learn something new. For instance, my current employer recently modified several features of a new product set to be released in three weeks. Most of the marketing content has already been developed and is in review stage, so this is a bit of a set back. However, figuring out how to utilize as much of the existing material as possible while blending in the new content needed to account for the modifications has been challenging in a good way. I've learned a lot about teamwork, group think, and adapting quickly, which will certainly serve me well in my next opportunity."
Acknowledge that change can be challenging but emphasize that it usually offers room to grow. Ideally, you'll include a story-based example of a time when you faced a significant change in the workplace and you adapted well.
