How to Answer
Everyone has areas of strengths and weaknesses. Whenever this question is asked, be sure to share something that is minor and not a central responsibility of the job. Be sure to address exactly how you combat this weakness and what you are actively doing to ensure it does not inhibit your ability to do your job well. Be honest, but make sure the interviewer still remains confident in your ability to lead the school well, despite your weaknesses.

"I have a tendency to want to please everyone, which can be especially difficult in a role like this. Typically, when decisions need to be made, not everyone will be pleased. In order to be an effective leader, I need to make some decisions that are not always popular. In order to combat this tendency, I seek advice and counsel from my leadership team, first and foremost. I consider the perspectives of everyone involved and always try to make the most unbiased and wise decisions I can that will ultimately impact the most amount of students positively. I also speak with my mentor regularly who pushes me to be my best professionally."
