Talking about ourselves in this way can be challenging. Try reaching out to a few colleagues, family members, and friends. Ask them for their opinion. You'll probably be surprised at the consistency in their responses! Their answers will give you the response to the question. Tell the interviewer what sets you apart, and explain how your colleagues, family members, and friends have encouraged you with your gift in this area.
"While I am sure there are plenty of qualified candidates applying to this position, I am the best candidate for you because I have six years of experience as a massage therapist, and my clients have told me that I give the best massages they have ever had. I have a loyal clientele that follows me wherever I am working. If you hired me, my 65 clients would visit me here at your spa. I am constantly working on mastering new types of massage, so the variety of packages you could offer makes me the best candidate."

I am sure there are plenty of more experienced candidates for this position, but I feel that I would be the best candidate for this position due to my history at the American Institute program. I was one of the top students in the program and strived to never miss a day at clinicals and was always happy to fill in if needed.

I would encourage you to approach this from a more confident tone. You could leave out the first sentence and focus on what skills, abilities, experience, and education you would bring to the team. In addition to what you've written, consider adding another element or two. Perhaps you've done a lot of research on the company culture, and you align in that area, or perhaps you know that they serve a certain clientele that you relate to well and easily build relationships with. Give a unique answer that will stand out from the crowd.
