This will enable you to provide a correct answer and to answer the question completely. Many candidates will begin to formulate the answer in their mind even before the interviewer is finished asking the question. This can be dangerous in that you may miss parts of the question and possibly answer incorrectly. Another good practice is to pause 2 to 3 seconds after the interviewer has finished asking the question before you begin to answer it.
