"I have had a few odd baking requests. The one I recall the most was a customer who wanted a 3-tier birthday cake, in just 4 hours' time. I explained to the customer that these types of cakes take a bit of time and simply could not be baked, cooled, and decorated in such a short time. The customer agreed after some convincing and chose a different design."
