WTW describes the culture as a "highly engaging and innovative culture, and one where our colleagues are empowered to achieve the best possible results." So this question aims to determine how driven you are to "kaizen", or innovate new ways to enhance and further the goals of your teams. It also aims to reveal how you go about making suggestions for improvements. It is one thing to ask questions and to see if something has been tried before, and another to assume no one has thought of your idea, or to presume you know better than those you work with. So with this question, the algorithm also assesses your EQ, your experience, and your communication skills.
The hiring manager will receive the candidate's insights reports, but it's ultimately up to them whether they take the algorithm's recommendations or not. The hiring manager will also have the option to review the recorded interviews side by side, comparing several candidates' interview performances. So remember to come across as if you are speaking to a live person.

Remember, you always want to be in the position of seeming prepared to answer the question posed, while exuding confidence and communicating clearly. So, when conveying that going above and beyond is your status quo, it should come across as second nature. Practice in front of your computer's camera until you are comfortable with this style of interview, trying not to look at yourself on the screen, but rather maintaining eye contact with the camera lens, speaking with friendly confidence. Keep at it until you are relaxed and at ease, body language open, your tone steady, and smile with both your mouth and your eyes.
"I helped a tech company I was consulting with to increase their employee engagement and well-being by pioneering an app that served as a live employee survey and comment board. The app assessed the behavior of each employee and helped identify those top performers within the company who were contributing the most and helping drive their innovation forward. This cut out the time it took to sit down with or get the attention of their superiors. Those who contributed the most were rewarded, and those who were less satisfied with their employee experience were engaged and shown more value through engagement."
