WTW places a great deal of emphasis on wellbeing, identifying that the success of business largely hinges on the wellbeing of their people. Under the health and benefits on their website, they offer many "Guides for employees." So spend time familiarizing yourself with what they describe as the four dimensions of well-being, and how they define well-being as being able to "support good health and a balanced life now, as well as the ability to plan for the future."
"We unlock the business value of employee wellbeing. Employees' physical, emotional, social and financial health directly affects their productivity and engagement. Each dimension, although unique, is inextricably linked with the others. A holistic approach to fostering employee wellbeing extends beyond employees to include families, organizations, and communities. As a result, the ideal approach to wellbeing keeps the employee at the center and is truly integrated with all aspects of organizational culture."
"To thrive physically, employees should be able to understand and manage their health, take appropriate preventive measures to improve it and effectively deal with chronic conditions. For employees to be emotionally balanced, they must be self-aware and able to develop positive mental health skills - including resilience, stress management and the ability to cope with emotional triggers. Financial resilience skills are a key aspect of financial wellbeing, enabling employees to cope with financial shocks. Social wellbeing is about being connected to your work, your family and community, and your purpose. Social wellbeing includes cultivating your sense of belonging and your personal value."
When answering questions on wellbeing, the last thing you want to do is seem exhausted, dissatisfied, or burned out. You want to come across as confident, in your comfort zone, and satisfied with your career. The HireVue algorithm will almost always interpret your non-verbal cues as your true feelings, intentions, and attitude, and those will hold more weight than what you're communicating verbally. So make sure your answers and responses are consistent throughout your interview. When words and statements are incongruent with your tone, facial expressions, or mannerisms, it is commonly considered an indication of limited emotional intelligence or burnout syndrome.

When answering this question, simply express how you prioritize all the demands on your life, as well as your own personal needs. Share how you manage your time, and ensure that your personal problems don't cross over into your professional hours, or allow your work to impede on your personal time. Detail how you take care of yourself physically and emotionally, while tending to your social demands and needs, and are financially responsible.
"I take my wellbeing very seriously. I exercise every morning, before my coffee or shower, by going for a half-hour bike ride in the forest. Being surrounded by the woods and riding along the creek puts me in the right state of mind without fail. It gives me something to look forward to every morning. Then I go home and while drinking my coffee and eating my breakfast, I go over my financials and my calendar and make sure my friends, family, and work associates are all accommodated. I am a big planner. Most stress can be subverted appropriately through careful planning. So a big part of my well-being is the peace of mind that comes with being organized. Call it meditation, if you will."
