This question aims to determine how far you would like to take your career with WTW. How you choose to answer could be informative regarding whether you identify this opportunity as a long-term fit. Every recruiter hires with longevity and employee retention in mind. So, when answering this question, avoid suggesting you are motivated by financial perks or rewards. Rather, share your career goals and the milestones you hope to achieve. Suggesting you are motivated by earning increased responsibilities suggests the company would have a lot to gain by hiring you, hence a mutually beneficial fit.
Most companies advertise the benefits and financial incentives they offer to recruit ideal talent over their competitors. But their ideal talent is ideally motivated by what they have to offer their employees' career development, or what their work environment, culture, and values have to offer. As one WTW employee states online, "Change is what keeps me motivated at Willis Towers Watson." So consider how WTW could realistically continue to motivate you to consistently perform at your best for the long term, with continued job satisfaction.

WTW offers a tip for preparing for your interview. "HireVue allows you to practice and rehearse the questions before going into the actual interview. Try out the practice questions before starting your interview to get a feel for what it will be like." This is good advice, and while this can serve as a useful exercise, it is important to note that the practice questions HireVue offers do not specifically apply directly to WTW. As stated on HireVue's site, "While virtual interviewing isn't difficult, a little practice can help you prepare. Most on-demand interviews ask you to give your answer in just a few minutes. It's helpful to think about how you will illustrate your skills clearly in that timeframe, and to practice them out loud."
"I have an ambitious career plan and am very analytical when it comes to my development as a professional. I place a lot of focus on what success looks like. I have therefore closely examined, with general research and research on myself, what environment and conditions help maximize my performance. What I've found best keeps me most motivated and satisfied on the job is change development, such as setting new career goals, macro or micro, and earning trust, learning, and being awarded the responsibilities that allow me to reach my goals. I am also motivated by changes in title and being awarded more of a stake in my part on the team."
