Before your interview, do all you can to manifest confidence. Give yourself a pep talk. Find pride in your accomplishments. Do some quick physical exercise followed by some stretching. Share what you have to offer and believe it.
"It's one thing to help a company build their teams, but another to teach them to build their own with a track record for success. I love building teams and enjoyed coaching the hiring manager of a company I recently worked with on how to effectively interview and recruit the types of candidates who would best fit into their culture while simultaneously being a top performer in each role they were recruiting for. We started with me coaching them on all the elements of what conducting a great interview looks like, and how to eliminate bias from the equation. I then lead the first round of interviews with a post-discussion each time. Then I sat on the periphery and let them conduct the interview with post-discussions. Soon they were fully in the driver's seat and building a strong culture."
