Regardless of whether you are an introvert, ambivert, or extrovert, you'll need to perform well in their environment. A great many of WTW's job postings require their candidates to possess "strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and maintain strong relationships." Therefore, this question aims to assess how strong your interpersonal skills are and whether you would get along well with their clients and their teams.

When answering each question, your aim is for the assessment model to categorize you favorably by putting your best foot forward and answering as thoughtfully as you can. The algorithm will study how well you work with others by assessing and categorizing your composure, level of compassion, dependability, adaptability, willingness to learn, drive for results, initiative, and ethics. It will evaluate your relationship-building skills, how collaborative and team-orientated you are, how well you coordinate with others, and whether you invest your time and energy in developing your coworkers and teams.
Some of the nonverbal cues the assessment vendor will scan your video interview for are your posture, so avoid slouching, folding your arms, or protecting your neck. It will evaluate your professional appearance, such as how tidy and clean your clothing and your surroundings are. It will monitor your facial expressions, eye movements, head movements, and hand movements. It will also scan tone for your vocal cues, such as placing stress or emphasis on certain words, stutters, or taking long pauses. So try to speak in an even and friendly manner. You want to be open and approachable when answering this question.
"We had a longstanding client, and I was there with them from the beginning. Their CEO had a big personality, and they could be challenging to work with at times. They commanded a lot of respect but had difficulties treating others with respect. So I adapted my communication style to theirs and quickly learned to stand strong and stoic and to ensure their opinions and standpoints were heard. I then would often share with them my insights of what was happening in their company and gradually earned their trust. Once there, they started valuing my input and asking for my counsel. At this point, I had all the information necessary to make informed decisions and to help them with the company restructure. We no longer have a contract with them, but this CEO still meets me for dinner and drinks once a month to bounce some ideas off me. This led to at least one other contract with them over the years and also led to referrals to other companies the CEO is associated with."
