Question 26 of 35

How well are you able to multitask while addressing multiple customer concerns?

"I have no trouble with this side of the job. Just making a small notation, out of habit, as to where I left off takes zero time at all. Our brand is dedicated to our brand loyalists, and we have to embody that dedication. So, I am consistently friendly, warm, and helpful. I've seen coworkers get upset and roll their eyes and turn all snotty when interrupted by a customer. But that attitude isn't making their job any better. It's making it worse. Never let your stress or negativity get a foothold. Besides, it's your job, and one should be grateful to have a job they enjoy. If there is no joy in one's job, whose fault is that? That's when a change is required, and more often than not, an attitude adjustment is all that's required."
