Many hiring managers may even choose one qualified candidate over another simply due to their shared values, and being guided by "doing the right thing". If you've had experience giving back to the community in some form or other, share it. If you donate or contribute to organizations, volunteer that. If you have a desire to volunteer, but carefully manage your time and cannot fit that in at this stage in your life, share that as well. What's important is to disclose your awareness of Heineken's ESG goals and accomplishments, and what factor that played in your pursuing this opportunity.
