Some of the staff were starting to share that they didn't have their work schedules yet, and that was presenting a challenge. Rather than going to my manager with a complaint, I offered to take on some of her workload so that she would have time to complete the schedule. We worked together for a couple of overtime hours that day and were able to catch her up on everything."
