Stressors that you can't control are always a big one, for example, starting your day at work and an unexpected event even happens like a patient dying.

These unexpected situations can certainly cause stress. Try answering more directly using "I/Me" language versus "You/Your." This way, the answer becomes about you and not a 'lesson' for the interviewer.
"Although I am calm and controlled in the workplace, there are stressors that I cannot control. One example is an unexpected patient death. When I face a stressful situation, I (discuss your action steps to overcoming this stress)."
