As an organization, BayCare is unique in that it holds synergy as on of its primary organizational values. By definition, synergy is the interaction of two or more organizations to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects. In essence, employees at BayCare need to have the ability to work with staff from other healthcare organizations to provide great results for their mutual patients. If you've worked under this situation before, talk about your experiences and what made them successful. If you haven't had this experience, talk about y or skills that would help you be successful and also talk about how you would overcome any hurdles.

"Having spent a majority of my career with a private radiology clinic, I have had the need to work with many referring physicians, hospitals and clinics. The key to providing the best patient care possible is through communication. I never hesitate to pick up the phone and call a providers office should I need clarification on a record or anything sent over to me. Fortunately, we have great policies in place that enable us to have a thorough patient record prior to a new appointment. If I ever have trouble communicating with someone needed, I call the clinic or providers main phone line and ask to speak with anyone that can help me. By being up front and professional on the phone, I am able to find what I need in no time usually."

Each hospital system's values are different; if a patient from HCA was admitted instead of Baycare, it doesn't change the care that I would provide.

Rachelle's Feedback
It's terrific that your level of care will never waiver, regardless of the situation. When it comes to the actual queries, I recommend answering more directly. One, have you been in this type of environment? Two, What roadblocks do you see? It's best to answer these questions up front and then end with your qualifying statement. When interview coaching, I call your style of answering 'burying the lead', which is a style often used in news reporting. You'll notice that the story begins with details of secondary importance, postponing the essential facts. Try swapping that around, and you'll see your responses hold much more impact. :)
