"Having been in the healthcare industry for many years, I have been a part of a few different organization buy-outs and joint ventures. These times, while scary at first to some, are usually filled with exciting changes and new ways of doing business and I am always open to changing for the better. During these times, I've often took a lead by example role when my colleagues were worried or even scared. Sometimes, my colleagues had tunnel vision when pointing out the bigger picture was necessary and I never hesitated to do so."

      2nd Answer Example

"With my current employer, we recently were purchased and merged with a much larger healthcare entity and the last year in the workplace has been filled with many exciting changes. While learning about changes in benefits, retirement plans and things of that nature can be overwhelming, I take the approach of thinking about how patients will be effected and the positive changes were immense under a new organization and new leadership. I am a very adaptable employee and really took our training on a new EHR seriously. My director thanked me throughout the whole process for being a leader among our team by being a positive example."
