BayCare's clinical focus is on all areas outside of the realm of primary care: surgical subspecialties, radiology, anesthesia, emergency medicine and urology, among others. While your interviewer has your resume in hand, they will be looking to hear your experiences working in specialty care. Talk about how the areas you have worked in have been important to providing great patient care. As well, talk about your future career goals without sounding like you will be looking to jump out of the job you're interviewing for sometime in the near future.
