"If hired for this position, you'll first find out that I have the knowledge, skills and abilities to hit the ground running from the start. My years of training and experience in orthopedic surgery would translate well to this job based on what you have described to me. But on top of this, I think the thing that sets me apart is my willingness and desire to always learn and get better. In healthcare, we can never be stagnant in our career because new research, changing techniques and groundbreaking technology make our need to adapt necessary. Being a life-long learner is something I take great pride in and can help you expect the best from me at all times."
