"As a CRNA, I have to provide great service to both my patients and the anesthesiologists that I work with on a daily basis. With my physicians, we work closely together and I learn their preferences for working with patients and cater to their needs. With my current group, we have meshed so well over the last two years and can almost perform in our sleep together. We have gotten this way through giving and taking continual feedback and just working together. For my patients, serving them is why I entered this field. Whether I am working with an expecting mother in an emergency c-section or a patient having knee surgery, I owe it to each patient to listen to their needs and walk them through the entire anesthesia process. When I am with a patient, my sole focus is on them and their needs at all times."
