According to Bain and Company's code of ethics, two of their seven basic obligations are responsibility and professionalism, where they emphasize that they "do not tolerate behavior unbecoming of a top-tier professional organization, specifically including where alcohol is served" and that they expect everyone's "personal online presence is appropriately private and does not touch on Bain or our clients."
