Question 3 of 35

If hired as our eLearning Development Director, how would you adapt when asked to make last-minute changes to a program?

"I can take the pressure of last-minute changes in my work, and I've proven this throughout my career. Last year, I was working with the pre-med department faculty to develop a new curriculum for 4th-year students. This was around a three-month project that was coming together well right before the new fall semester started. Following a department meeting in early August, they invited me to discuss some last-minute changes to the materials that needed to be implemented due to new medical school requirements. While I knew the changes would be some serious work and take some time, I put my head down and made it a top priority over the coming week. If hired for this role, you will find that I'm always open to changes and willing to do so with a great attitude for your staff."
