Question 5 of 30

What are some of the challenges do you encounter in this IT support role?

"While I enjoy this job immensely, I do frequently encounter challenges. I can resolve most of these using the skills I've developed through my experience in this role. These include equipment issues, competing priorities, difficult end-users, and distractions within the workplace. I've developed a set of resources I can use to address these types of challenges. They include technical documentation, coping mechanisms, prioritization, and the support of my peers and our management team. When faced with a new or difficult challenge to overcome, I reach out to the team to see if they have resolved it in the past. This usually provides me the information I need to move forward."
