In your own terms, can you describe the role of a Technical Support Engineer?

"The job of a technical support engineer is to monitor and maintain the IT equipment of an organization. They are also expected to assist users with issues that arise on their systems. Specific responsibilities include installing and configuring the hardware, operating systems, and applications, analyzing and resolving IT issues, performing preventative maintenance tasks to avoid outages, evaluating new technologies and making recommendations for system updates, and backing up data in case of an outage."
