"I believe that professional development is vital in any profession; however, it's especially critical while working in an education-based environment. If I could develop my knowledge in any child education-related topic, I would learn more about child psychoeducational assessments. I find it fascinating when I read about the different approaches children take when it comes to tackling academic tasks. I believe that an interactive and flexible learning environment is essential for building a foundation of trust and interest in early learners.
