The types of documents I work with depending a lot on the project, some documents I've worked with are functional specifications, business requirements, and use case diagrams.

Usually, you will encounter documents such as stakeholder registry, project charter, business case, systems requirements documents, communications plan, RACI matrix.
Also the multiple charts such as PERT charts, Gant charts, and Project roadmaps among others like use case diagrams and flowcharts.
