I then seek out several solutions using my experience, skills, and knowledge. I also depend on resources such as online forums, FAQ pages, and vendor databases. Additionally, I collaborate with other project stakeholders, leveraging their knowledge and experience as well as their perspective of the issue and its impact on the performance of the network. Using some or all of these techniques usually results in the problem being resolved quickly and effectively."

The interviewer expects you to walk them through the methodology you use, some of the criteria used to evaluate the solutions, external and internal resources you go to to find an answer, and how you collaborate with other project stakeholders both within and outside the organization. Keep your answer brief and to the point. The interviewer will ask you a follow-up question if they need additional information.
