I have been involved the design & developments of various VoIP products like IP Phones, Gateways, ATAs, Standalone PBXs, Voip Cards, etc. Also SIP stack.

My greatest weakness is that I would love to work harder and harder to see that all the issues were solved, with this I am covering my colleague's work too, I have now improved myself, to communicate, to distribute the project evenly and help with my colleagues so as to see them finish off their tasks in due time.
