Zimmer Biomet puts significant effort into environmental sustainability projects like reduction of gas emissions, hazardous waste production, recycling and water consumption, among others. For this question, your interviewer will be looking to hear that you have similar beliefs as the organization when it comes to protecting the environment through business practices and they'll be looking to hear ways that you've participated through your work in the past. Be sure that your interviewer walks away from the interviewer knowing that you will do your part to help if hired by the organization.

"As a family that does our part by tenaciously recycling, reducing energy and buying local, I have carried this over to my current organization and our practices within the office. I've led the charge in converting over several of our office products like compostable trash bags, LED light bulbs and biodegradable shipping materials. My belief is that if every person and organization took little steps like these, our world would be a much cleaner place to live in."
