Willis Towers Watson advertises their unique WTW Work Flex on their careers' website. Therefore, this question is aimed at determining what environment you have determined most contributes to your success. "We trust you to know your work and the people, tools and environment you need to be successful. We encourage colleagues and candidates to make requests for the types of flexible working arrangements that suit them. The majority of our colleagues work in the 'hybrid' style, with a mix of remote, in-person and in-office interactions, dependent on the needs of the team, role and clients. Our colleagues serve more than 140 countries around the world, from Mumbai to London, the Middle East to Latin America and from Manila to New York. There is a global dimension to almost everything we do, which creates exciting opportunities for collaboration and growth. We have a variety of different working arrangements which we call 'WTW Work Flex'."
Even though you have the advantage of being in an environment of your choosing, bear in mind that your surroundings are a reflection of your professionalism. The algorithm and the recruiter are going to evaluate what the surroundings you chose will say about your work ethic. Therefore, you'll want both your personal appearance and your personal space to be consistent with the words you choose. You'll want your focus to be on you and not on your background, so make sure your surroundings are clear of distractions, not too cluttered, neat, tidy, organized, free of distractions, and work-appropriate.

One of the advantages of taking your video from anywhere is that you can be in your own element, in the secure comfort zone of your own home. So, the body language and facial expressions you want to maintain are relaxed and confident. So practice relaxing your brow and widen your eyes. Tilt your head slightly and nod slowly. Speak softly and with ease.
"I would say that I thrive on change, and having the flexibility to constantly change things up. I am very self-managed in my work and would thrive in a mixture of remote and in-person work. I am fond of 'hybrid' work styles. Therefore, WTW's Work Flex environment really appealed to me. I need to touch base with the team and have human interactions to be effective in knowing where everyone is at, so I can better communicate and adapt. I also love the idea of working cross-functionally as well. Taking it a step further, understanding WTW has office locations globally and I am curious to learn more about what possible career growth opportunities are abroad."
