Part of Vibra Healthcare's mission is to create a culture that inspires teamwork and a passionate workforce driven by a dedication to patient wellness. For this question, your interviewer will be looking to hear about your passion for your work and now is your time to dig internally and talk about what drives you in your career. Talk about what led you down this career path and what have been your motivations along the way. While everyone has a different story as to where their passion stems from, what is important is that you have this passion. Make sure to rubber stamp this for your interviewer.

"My passion and desire to pursue a career in healthcare started when my mother was receiving care for cervical cancer ten years ago. Watching how compassionately they cared for her and my family really inspired me to help do the same for others. Knowing that my strengths were in science and being a people person, I pursued a career as a Registered Nurse following high school and I've never regretted this decision. With Vibra Health, I would be able to bring a fresh set of skills out of nursing school while getting the opportunity to work with a wide array of patients in an long-term acute care setting. I see this as a perfect opportunity to keep me motivated to succeed right out of the gates."

I am dedicated to the profession. I have been in nursing for the last 25 years. For twenty of those years, I worked part-time as an LVN while working a full-time position, waiting for the time I could transition to nursing full-time. For the last 5 years, I have worked full-time in nursing. I completed nursing school with a BSN, while employed full-time.
