The specialty care model that Vibra Healthcare operates under spreads them across the country and for this question, your interviewer will be looking to hear that you understand the advantages of this model and that they outweigh any negatives that you may see in your mind. It is likely that you have worked for a large healthcare organization on one campus or in one region at this point in your career and a move to Vibra Healthcare would be a big change. Try to think about what you can take from your past experience that will make a move to Vibra a positive one for you and spin your potential con's to a positive for you once you would be hired for this position.

"Well, the definite positive of making this move to Vibra Healthcare will be working with specialized individuals that are focused on long-term acute care. Being a part of a team that is focused on these patients is much needed South Carolina and I'd love to bring my experience while being able to learn more in the field. I'm sure that most see the wide expanse of the organization as a potential downside, but I've worked for an organization that was spread across the entire southeastern part of the US and we used technology like Skype, video conferencing and webinars to stay in communication and hold meetings and these worked perfectly."
