For this question, it is important that you do your research on the organization and understand that Vibra Healthcare operates in a very specialized patient care model throughout the United States. The organization specializes in three services: long-term acute care, medical rehabilitation and skilled nursing. Talk about your career up to this point and explain why you are looking to jump into a position that provides specialty care. It is important that you carefully research the position you are interviewing for so you can speak wisely about the duties that you will be performing on the job.

"My career up to this point has really prepared me to work with patients that are rehabbing from long-term illnesses like cancer and limb loss. My OT skills that I've gained working for a large hospital system in northern California have really prepared me well for this role and honestly, the only hurdle that I would see off the start would be acclimating the Vibra Healthcare system's and processes. I don't see any issue in this beyond a simple orientation phase."

"The Clinical Liaison position really appeals to me because of my experience as an LPN and my passion for helping people. You'll see that my customer service and clinical screening experience would transition nicely to this role. Overall, I think the mission of Vibra Healthcare is needed for patients that have the need for long-term acute care that just can't be handled in the traditional hospital setting. This position works hard to get patient referrals and I'd be a great candidate and fit for this position."
