"When I do my absolute best to reach my goals, I feel successful. I am a curious, confident, self-aware, hard-working, and respectful person who sets goals and focuses on achieving them. My definition of success in the classroom is centered on my students. I want to see them succeed to the best of their abilities. In order to help them to achieve this goal, I need to first identify my students' strengths and weaknesses and provide them with a customized curriculum to ensure their maximum growth and development. My students will eventually be able to use these tools to meet their personal goals as well."

      Marcie's Feedback

Great! Your definition of success is a good one, and it's even better that you then connect it to when you're in a classroom teaching. This makes your definition of success relevant to the role you're interested in. Excellent!
