The interviewer is curious about your work ethic and enthusiasm. You could sit there with a blank face and say, "Well I go to work, sit at my desk and complete my responsibilities..." But merely doing what is expected of you will not stand out to an interviewer.

You may have a dull routine, but think of how you have used it to make you more productive. For example, you may put everything you need to do on your calendar to stay organized and even schedule short breaks to help you stay fresh and energized. Think about your work strategy. Anything that encourages and motivates you throughout the day would be considered strategic in helping you be successful.

Show how you are intentional! Even if your current role is not as advanced as the one you're interviewing for, you can still show off how you keep yourself and others motivated!
