  • 10. Who most inspires you?

      How to Answer

Since Under Armour often uses well-known athletes to model their apparel, consider talking about someone who embodies the qualities of these role models. You don't have to talk about a famous athlete, but you can share a person in your life, like your manager, a co-worker or a mentor who challenges you. As you ponder this inspiring person, think about their leadership qualities. Ask yourself how they inspire others. Maybe it is through their small actions of serving others. Perhaps they are an inspiring speaker who has overcome difficult challenges. Think of the person and then come up with a few qualities about them that motivate you to be a better person.

"It might sound a little cliche but my parents. They are very humble people who have put nothing but hard work and love into raising my brothers and me. I come from a place where most people grow up and stay in Bolivia their whole lives, so seeing them take the plunge to move us by themselves far from their entire family when they were about my age to feed their careers is something that I value immensely, and I only hope to be as successful as they have been."

      Rachelle's Feedback

Showing this respect and appreciation for your parents is very admirable; this is an answer that any interviewer should appreciate.
