It's always important to have at least one ally at work; someone who has your back and you have theirs. Think about that person or those old co-workers who you joined forces with to accomplish your day-to-day. They would probably say that you are a great communicator, have a sense of humor and that you were supportive of them when they needed it. Think about how they experienced you overall.
