How to Answer
Although this question can seem overwhelming, this is a great time to share a few basic facts that will help the interviewer get to know you and spark their interest. You can share a few accomplishments from your education or professional life. You can even talk about some of your interests outside of work that makes you stand out. To finish it off, sharing a goal you have for the next five years will show off your ambition and determination.
There isn't a set formula, but you want to stay away from rambling on and on about your dog and two kids. Since Under Armour sells athletic wear, you might want to talk about any extreme sports you play or a team you proudly support. Stay positive and upbeat to keep the interviewer engaged!
